What's your shipping policy?

  • Orders are shipped on business days only
    • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
    • Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days.
    • Orders placed on Fridays after 9am PST will be shipped the following Monday (or following business day, if applicable).
  • Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive payment authorization.
  • Holiday Closures: 
    • Independence Day: July 4
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Weekend
    • Christmas: December 25
    • New Year's: January 1

    Shipping Methods

    • We offer FREE standard U.S. shipping on orders over $125 which arrive within 5-10 business days; this includes order verification and processing.
    • Fast Shipping: You can expect your order to arrive within 4 – 8 business days; this includes order verification and processing.
    • Faster Shipping: Your order must be received with credit card authorization by 9:00 am PST (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). If your order is placed after this time, it will be processed the following business day.
    • UPS® Ground Shipping: Your order must be received with credit card authorization by 9:00 am PST. If your order is placed after this time, it will be processed the following business day. This service is designed for our Boots For Business customers as larger orders are not eligible for the above shipping options. Price and estimates are based on UPS® data. Bonanza Boots is not responsible for delays in shipping based on UPS® estimates.

    PO Boxes, APO/FPO

    • We do not ship items purchased from this website to these destinations.

    Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories

    • Please note that all orders shipping to the above locations will be treated as international shipments.
    • We recommend reviewing all applicable shipping and return terms before placing an order to these destinations. If you have any questions about shipping rates, timeframes, or service availability, feel free to contact our customer support team prior to purchase.

    International Shipping

    • International orders do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value or promotions. Shipping charges are calculated automatically by UPS® based on customer's address.
    • All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any international orders. Please ensure you review your size and product selection carefully before placing your order.
    • If an international customer purchases our returns coverage during checkout, the $2.98 fee will be automatically refunded before fulfillment, as international orders are not eligible for this service.
    • All applicable duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bonanza Boots is not liable for any additional charges incurred during or after shipping
    • International shipping delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination, customs processing, and local delivery services. Bonanza Boots is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal carriers.
    • Packages refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect shipping information will not be refunded.
    • At the moment, we only ship to the following countries: Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK, Belize, Canada, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela
